Terms of Service

These terms apply to 10x10 host software operated by SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNICATION CO., LTD. Customers buy software access for private group board administration and event coordination workflows.

Service scope

10x10 provides host-facing software tools for board setup, participant coordination, random number assignment, event administration, and support workflows. The service is delivered digitally through an account after purchase.

Payments

Paid host access is billed through our payment provider. Our payment provider may process payment details, taxes, invoices, receipts, and related payment support for online purchases.

Payment boundary

10x10 charges only for software access. 10x10 does not process participant payments, does not store customer balances, does not transfer value between participants, and does not provide regulated financial services.

Prohibited use

10x10 is provided for lawful private-group use by hosts and their invited members only. The service is not a betting, gambling, or prize-administration platform, and you may not use it to engage in or facilitate any of the following:

  • any gambling activity, including any activity that constitutes gambling under applicable law;
  • collecting entry fees, holding prize pools, administering wagers, or paying out winnings through the service;
  • any unauthorized payment, escrow, stored-value, or money-transmission activity;
  • participation by anyone under the legal age in their jurisdiction; or
  • any other use that violates applicable law.

10x10 may terminate or restrict account access for any violation of these terms.
