10x10 is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
How access is delivered
After checkout is completed, the customer receives or keeps account access to the purchased host software features. Access is associated with the account email used for the purchase or support request.

If access does not appear after purchase, email support@10x10xu.com with the account email and order information.
Payment boundary
10x10 charges only for software access. 10x10 does not process participant payments, does not store customer balances, does not transfer value between participants, and does not provide regulated financial services.
