Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel a subscription by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

How to cancel

Email support@10x10xu.com with the account email and order information. We will help route the request through the correct account or Paddle billing support path.

Access after cancellation

Unless a refund is approved separately, paid software access remains available until the end of the current paid term.

Payment boundary

10x10 charges only for software access. 10x10 does not process participant payments, does not store customer balances, does not transfer value between participants, and does not provide regulated financial services.
