10x10 sells digital software access for hosts. Purchases and renewals are refundable within the refund window below.
Eligibility
Paid host access purchases and subscription renewals are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase or renewal.
How to request a refund
Email support@10x10xu.com with the account email and order information. Paddle may assist with payment and invoice support because Paddle is our merchant of record.
Payment boundary
10x10 charges only for software access. 10x10 does not process participant payments, does not store customer balances, does not transfer value between participants, and does not provide regulated financial services.
