Annual host access
Paid host access may be eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the customer has not materially used the service.
How to request a refund
Email support@10x10xu.com with the account email, order information, and reason for the request. Paddle may assist with payment and invoice support because Paddle is our merchant of record.
Excluded activity
10x10 charges only for software access. 10x10 does not process third-party participant payments, store customer balances, transfer value between participants, or provide regulated financial services, so those activities are outside this refund policy.
